Mens

The mens' section at Woodbridge Golf Club has approximately 500 members.  From beginners to scratch golfers, from competitive to social golfers there are events for all standards at the club.  An example of a typical year in the mens' diary in addition to golf arranged personally would be:

Competitive

• One weekend medal and one weekend Stableford club competition each month. Most of these competitions are for trophies.
• One medal/Stableford midweek each month
• One iner-club competition per fortnight from April to September
• The annual Suffolk inter-club knockout competitions including; Stenson (scratch), Hambro (handicaps under 10), Tolly (Handicaps 10-18)
• Singles and pairs knock-out competitions that run through the summer and through the winter seasons

Social

A number of formal and informal "turn up and go" pots run during the week and at weekends allowing new members to meet and integrate into the club.  In addition there are periodic social and fun competitions that run during the summer months.
